Suet feeders
Bird lovers will know that suet is a great, high-energy bird food option. Since suet comes in a variety of shapes and sizes, there are a lot of different suet feeders for you to choose from. Some are perfect for holding fat balls, while other are designed for suet cakes, logs and pellets. Suet feeders are generally made of wire or mesh, making it easy for birds to peck at the suet inside. The caging also gives the birds something to grip onto while they feed! Tits and starlings are huge fans of suets, but you'll probably see a wide variety of birds flocking to your suet feeders.
One of our most popular suet feeders is this Nuttery Hexihaus Fatball/Suet Cake Feeder. Not only does it attract a wide variety of birds, it also has a handy protective cage to prevent sly squirrels from eating all the suet! This beautiful feeder features a sky blue roof, and can fit upto 8 of our delicious fat balls at a time. You won't nedd to worry about it rusting or breaking, it comes with a great 10-year warranty so that you and your birds can enjoy it for years to come.

Ground feeders
While seed and suet feeders are perfect for hanging around your garden, ground feeders cater to the birds that like to eat... you guessed it... on the ground! Blackbirds, thrushes, robins and wrens are all happy to eat their food from the ground level, so providing a ground feeder will help you attract a greater range of birds into your garden. The best place to put your ground feeder is near a bush or shrub where the birds will feel safe and protected from predators. Bear in mind that ground feeders may not be the best choice for your garden if you have cats or dogs. A ground feeder guardian can be used to prevent large birds like pigeons eating all the food before the small garden birds get a chance to feast!
