Excellent service by RWBF - my order was not delivered to me due to a mistake made by the DPD delivery driver. RWBF not only sent out another copy of my order the next day and didn't charge me for it at all but also threw in a few extra goodies as an apology for the hassle caused by my mislaid order. The RWBF staff tracked down my original order and found it was left around the corner from me and advised me that if I did decide to go pick it up I would still only be charged the once, even though I would then have two lots.

So glad I found this Company who supply mini suet pellets. The product is of excellent quality, ideal to put in seed feeders so small birds like sparrows don't get pushed out of the way by larger birds. Ordering online is quick and easy. Delivery is next day when ordered before 2pm which is a fantastic service. Packaging excellent. Would highly recommend this Company.

Excellent product. Aside from the usual garden visitors, I have a family of Jays regularly visiting to fill up on these which I put under cover of an Acer. Nothing is left for very long so no waste. Also, the service from ordering through to delivery is faultless. Thank you.

The small birds who visit my garden use a sanctuary cage with a ground feeder from the end of October until early June. I feed these mini pellets and sunflower seeds. The small size means that the birds can pop in, grab one and fly out quickly if they want. They are very popular when the cold weather comes. I have the cage positioned where I can monitor use from the kitchen window and it works well to support the smallest birds through the worst of the weather. I would recommend the pellets to anyone who enjoys seeing tits, finches, sparrows and dunnocks visiting their garden.

Fantastic product the birds love the mini suet pellets and small enough that they fit easily enough in the seed feeders. Having to fill the feeders twice a day they’re so popular with all the birds visiting the garden. Would definitely recommend. Really quick delivery as always.
