It certainly draws in the birds, although the finches often get displaced by a woodpigeon or jackdaw eager to hoover up as much as possible. I’m assuming the gymnastics these larger birds need to perform to cling to the violently swinging feeder is a testament to how appealing this seed is!

My finches, tits, sparrows, starlings and parakeets really fight over this seed mix with the robins clearing up any leftovers. Since using it have had goldfinches for the first time and bramblings for the first time. The dunnocks, blackbirds and of course the collared doves and pigeons all hoover up any dropped seed too. Very reliable service which makes it easy to order as you can be sure of the delivery time.

As always, the service is excellent and the finches and sparrows love the food - unfortunately so do the pigeons! The robin is also enthusiastically learning how to use a feeder.
