I mix the two together and feed it mainly on a mesh protected slabbed feeding area. (cats and sparrow hawk). At the moment we have 18 regular species and 2 irregular coming to the feed area. Better than the tv to watch. Keep up the good work ! Ray Goodwin.

I use a seed tray on my feeders to catch the stray seeds. I sort the shells from the seeds eaten and pour back in. Birds in my garden really enjoy this mix. Great service and quick delivery. I like that seeds are grown on site. Will use again when I run out.

I got a lot of waste with this seed, the birds didn't appear to like the sunflower seeds and shoved them out of the way to get to the smaller seeds but I have a regular couple of collar doves that come along and hoover them up! I have gone for a slightly different seed this time but it's definitely a good quality seed and great service from this company.

This is the best feeder mix I've found, and believe me, I've tried an awful lot out on my garden birds!This mix doesn't have big dried up stalks which clog the feeder and the birds love it. The delivery is really quick and I definitely recommend this product and the company..

I use this in a hanging feeder. I do not seem to get much waste. It is probably mainly used by the tits rather than other birds, so it does not go so quickly. Beware when storing it as mice love the sunflower seeds!
