Unfortunately these do not work on a pole. We have had several replacement bases sent out to us now (Fantastic customer service!! Can't fault that, thank you!), but the plastic element of the base is just not up to the job of supporting a full feeder plus the weight of a squirrel or two. Using plastic as a key element in the base is very bad design. It just keeps failing. Would be 5* otherwise. The rest of the feeder is great. Very disappointing. Hoping JacobiJayne may change their design.

Very neat feeder and so far has been resistant to squirrels unlike the feeder in use prior to this order. I would highly recommend this model.

First, I had excellent service and my pre-purchase query answer quickly with photos. The product was delivered promptly and well wrapped. The bird feeder was perfect and fitted my pole with my adaptor. Thank you.
