The sloped roof means the rain runs off, so no seed getting damp. So easy to undo. Large tube to put seed in with top being very large, so no seed accidently comes out. Had mine a year and no sign of rust. Rigid hanger means it does not swing in wind, so birds can still use it on windy days. EXCELLENT

Really nicely built bird seed feeder, easy to fill with hopper design so less gets spilt. Initially it kept the squirrels out when they had the distraction of a fatball feeder nearby , but once I removed that, the local Dorset squirrels can empty this feeder within a day .
