Our AB12 Countryside Stewardship feeding mixes have been developed here on our own farm, based on years of supplementary feeding of our own farmland birds.

Our winter seed mixes are produced using all home-grown cereal and oil seeds that are cleaned, mixed and prepared on our farm.

We offer total flexibility; you tell us what you need and we can mix it for you!

We can provide expert advice to ensure you get the most out of your mixes and offer a wide range of options to meet your specific requirements.

All our mixes are made fresh to order and we can make up any volume requirements. There is no minumim order.
We also can offer a range of straight seeds for your own mixing requirements. Just contact us for a quote for bulk supply.

Farmland birds often become vulnerable to starvation during the hungry gap - when natural food sources become scarce. Any species that lacks food over the winter months won't survive, so providing nutrition over winter will ensure that they enter spring in the best possible condition.

This 'all-in' complete AB12 seed mix is compliant with the requirements for AB12 and HF24 supplementary feeding.

Please note that we do not include cheap fillers or foreign seeds like red dari. We also don’t include linseed as this is not a farmland bird favourite!

Our AB12 Countryside Stewardship Complete Seed Mix can either contain a cereal mix of just wheat ( Bronze Mix ) or a combination of wheat and naked oats ( Silver Mix ) which is a better energy source for farmland birds and loved by most.

I have been purchasing our seed from Really Wild Birdfood Co for two years now because the service and quality of seed is fantastic. Lesley and Sian's communication from ordering to delivery is excellent. One challenge I find when placing an order with a company is relying on a good delivery service. The company used couldn't have done more, communicating timings and also calling before delivery to keep us well informed of the arrival time.
