Our Privacy Promise

The privacy of our customers is our top priority when processing orders, which means that we will always handle your personal information with great care and sensitivity. We never release any personal details outside of the company for mailing or marketing purposes, which means that they are used strictly for the processes of payment and delivery. We act in accordance with the Data Protection Act at all times, ensuring that all personal information remains fully confidential, and is stored on a secure server.

Transaction Security

The security of your payment is paramount, which is why we use Sagepay Secure to process all card transactions. When you order online, your card details are never made known to us. For those who order by telephone, we hold your details until we processes the order, after which the information is immediately shredded. To double check that your web page is secure before completing the transaction, simply check that the address in your browser beings with ‘https’, in place of the usual ‘http’.

Forgotten Passwords

If you have forgotten your password, simply enter your email address on the Previous Order page, and a we will email your current password to your chosen address.
